Late arrivals can cause a domino effect of unnecessary stress and tension for both my clients and myself. I do not accept late arrivals as it’s unfair to everyone.
If you arrive 10 minutes past the start of your appointment I cannot provide your service, you will need to reschedule.
If you’re late and I can take you, I may not be able to give you the full service that you booked. In turn, we will reschedule you for another time, at my discretion, to complete your service without rushing.
Running late to accommodate late arrivals causes delays for following clients, and I am rushed through a service I prefer to be meticulous with. Rushing is not an acceptable option for me to maintain the quality of work I’m known for and the standards of service I set for my business.

More than 24 hours notice is needed when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling within a 24 hour timeframe will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked.
These terms are non-negotiable.
No call no shows are unacceptable. I have text and email confirmations in place to remind you of your exact appointment time and date.
Barring rare circumstances like hospitalizations or true emergencies, a no call/no-show will be charged for the full service booked. This must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
